Business Address

We charge £35.00 per month for this service, which is used by businesses as well as for personal use. For this price you are allocated a pigeon hole where mail is sorted out for you daily. If you require mail to be forwarded to you by putting on labels this can done for a small fee. This can help to create an impression of a Virtual Office without being tied to the financial constraints of having an office.

There is no minimum time commitment – we ask for one month’s deposit together with the first month’s rent.

This could also be useful for companies looking to do business in the UK but are located within another part of Europe. Twickenham is not far from Central London and due to the fact that it has a national stadium for rugby in the area is well-known throughout Europe. We have clients in Greece, Spain and Norway who currently use Ash House for this facility with the addition of us opening their mail, date-stamping it and advising them of important letters either by faxing or relaying the information to them by email.

Your mail can be collected during reception hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The users of this facility are able to have parcels delivered to Ash House, provided they are collected from us either the same day or the next day.

We are registered with Richmond Council as a Mail Forwarding/Holding Business (Reg. No. 23804).

Registered Office Facility

If you need to have your company’s registered office address we can offer this facility. This does not mean that you have to take up the Business Address Facility option as well, although this is an option should you require it. We would, however, be prepared to negotiate if you required both of these services.
