Telephone Answering

This is provided during our reception hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday either:

• via a personally-answered dedicated line (the provision of which is the client's responsibility) or
• through the Ash House switchboard

For the personally-answered option this enables your calls to be answered with your company name and if a feature line is installed at the same time we can put the callers directly through to you wherever you are located. Our clients advise us of their movements (either by email or via Google Diary) which enables us to answer the calls efficiently.

This service can be totally tailored to your individual needs, meaning your phones are answered if you are in a meeting, walking the dog or collecting the children from school.

We can also help during holiday times (be it a couple of days, a week or longer) on an ad-hoc basis if you are out at meetings and it is important that your phones are answered. Prices for this ad-hoc service/temporary cover are negotiable.

This can help to give you a Virtual Office environment without being tied to the financial constraints of having an office.
